  • Any downloadable or custom digital content

Because these products are delivered digitally and/or created based on customer-submitted information, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

Custom & Personalized Services

Custom products (such as hair analysis videos, tailored routines, and roadmaps) are created using the information you submit through our intake forms.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

  • If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, the final product will still be created based on those responses.

  • Corrections, revisions, or remakes will not be provided for free.

  • A new purchase is required for any revised routine or video due to customer error.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not completing the intake form

  • Delays caused by missing or incorrect form submissions

  • Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
