How do I get my digital products after I buy?

Once your payment goes through, your product is delivered digitally.
You’ll get an email with access instructions, and in most cases, the product is also available on the thank-you page right after checkout.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder first.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email is how I:

Deliver your digital products
Send your routines
Give updates, fixes, or bonus guides
Make sure you don’t lose access later

I don’t sell emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.

I didn’t get my product. What should I do?

First, check:

Spam
Promotions
Updates tab (Gmail users)

If it’s still missing, wait a few minutes, then reach out at hello@thecurldiaries.blog with your concern

Can I download these products again later?

Yes. Digital products don’t expire.
As long as you keep your email, you’ll always have access!

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final.
That said, if something truly didn’t deliver or load correctly, I’ll make it right.

Yes.

I’m a certified hair practitioner and I’m currently working toward my trichology certification.
